Cleaning: For external cleaning of the leather, a damp cloth combined with gentle rubbing is sufficient. Afterward, use a dry cloth to remove any remaining moisture. For care, use a leather detergent and impregnation spray, as well as leather balm or beeswax. The interior can be cleaned by simply shaking it out or using a damp cloth. The leather should be protected from extreme moisture.

Delivery time: 2-5 days
Delivery service: small parcels are delivered by Swiss Post and large parcels (e.g. dog beds) are delivered by DHL Express.

Return shipment:
Returns must be ordered via a returns portal within 14 days of receipt. The following costs are incurred, which will be deducted from the refund:
Parcels up to 2kg - 20,- CHF
Parcels over 2kg - 30,- CHF
